1. The 24-hour rule
Ask your patients to set up their account and device at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment, especially if they will be accessing the system for the first time. This will give them time to ensure everything is working properly.
2. Early setup + early login = easy call
Log in to your account roughly 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
3. Login = email address + your password
Log in using your email address as your username and follow the prompts to create a secure password the first time you log in. You may use Secure Password Generator to create a password for your account.
4. Forget it? Reset it!
If you forget your password select the password reset option on the log-in screen or through the password reset webpage.
5. Choose the right URL
Make sure you log in on the correct site for your appointment through the link in your email or the log-in webpage.
6. There is always Support
