- Check that your computer meets the minimum requirements.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install the desktop app.
Conduct a test call to verify your webcam, microphone and speakers are working.
Hang up the test call and enter your results. If you encounter difficulties, onscreen instructions will guide you through a troubleshooting process. Please contact support at any point for assistance.
4. Log in at least 10 minutes before your appointment and click Join Video Session.
