CWC PCN Patient Connect is available on your preferred device whether it is a desktop/laptop computer, smartphone or tablet. All you need is a reliable Internet connection to get started.
Please select the right app for your platform: Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android are all available.

Installing Desktop application on Windows computers
1. Log into your account click on "Test your webcam and microphone" in the top right-hand corner underneath your name in your Patient Connect account (only available on computer devices).
2. Follow the steps onscreen and click to download the Secure Video Client application when prompted.
3. The desktop app will begin to download, this may take a minute or two. Click the download in the bottom left corner to open.

4. Follow the steps on screen to install the desktop app. Please keep clicking "Next" until you hit the "Finish" button.




Please note: After installing the app, you will have the opportunity to "Open the test window" and ensure everything is working as it should be. Just follow the steps onscreen!
Please note: Do not forget to close the Secure Video Client application after finish testing by clicking on the Red hang up button or the exit button.
5. At the time of your next online video appointment, log into your account and click Join Video Session.
6. You will be prompted to open the Secure Video Client application, please click on "Open Secure Video Client"

Please note: After installing the app, you will have the opportunity to "Open the Test Window" and ensure everything is working as it should be. Just follow the steps onscreen!
4. At the time of your next online video appointment, log into your account by following the Click here to visit your account link in any of the e-mail reminders you have received and click "Join Video Session" when it's in blue

5. You will be prompted to open the Secure Video Client application, please click on "Open Secure Video Client"
