If you are unable to download the Secure Video Client, you must use an up-to-date version of Google Chrome to join the call through your web browser.
To access your appointment:
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Log in to your CWC PCN Patient Connect account using the link you received via email.
3. Click Join Video Session.
4. When the launch screen appears, click the link at the bottom of the screen (pictured below):
