There are several features available to you once the video call has connected.
Hang up
1. Click the red phone icon to hang up and close the video call, or end the call by clicking the X in the top corner.
2. Select Complete or No Show to conclude the session.
Mute or unmute microphone
Click the microphone icon to mute or unmute your microphone.
Hide or unhide your camera
Click the camera icon to block or unblock your video feed.
Share your screen
On Macbook:
1. Click Shares in the menu bar at the top of the screen and select the window you would like to share with the other user.
2. Confirm with the other user that they see the shared screen.
3. Click Shares and select a new page to change what you are sharing.
4. To stop sharing, select None.
On Windows:
1. Click Shares in the menu bar at the top left of the screen and select the window you would like to share with the other user.
2. Confirm with the other user that they see the shared screen.
3. Click Shares and select a new page to change what you are sharing.
4. To stop sharing, select None.
Select camera or microphone
1. Click on Devices in the menu bar at the top of your screen to select between the different microphones or cameras to use.
2. To stop using a camera or microphone, select None.
